Hoof – Take Back The Reins
Get back into or take up horse riding.Rekindle or discover the joy of climbing into the saddle and forgetting your worries, building a relationship with a horse and soaking up the fresh air and countryside… Wherever life has taken you, find a little ‘me time’ to unlock that feeling and ‘take back the reins’ It’s never too late to discover or re-discover your love of horses, pick up that journey and enjoy riding… We are offering 7 lessons over the course of 7 weeks for £225 (pre-booked) These will either be half hour privates or hour groups. For beginner riders who have never ridden, ‘take back the reins’ will see you well on the way to being able to walk and trot confidently without a lead rein. If you have some experience then a few refresher lessons could get you ‘saddling up’ and confident enough to ride out with a group of friends. If your happy this might include canters too.
Wayfarers Rides Out
On the second and fourth Sunday of every month we box up the horses onto the horse lorry and venture out. We go to places like Wayfarers, The Downs at West Ilsley, Watership Down, Greenham Common and go for a 2 hour hack where we can take in the beautiful scenery and admire the stunning countryside. This is a ladies hack where we mainly walk and trot with a couple of steady canters.
Must be able to walk, trot and canter and have an assessment lesson with us first.
We run regular shows here at Enborne Equestrian Centre and we offer our regular riders the opportunity to hire a horse for the day to compete. Giving the non horse owner the opportunity to attend shows. This not only improves your riding but gives you goals to work towards in your lessons.
